Doka is a succesfull international company with an internal IT department of approx. 100 IT professionals. Most of them located in Austria, but we start a new IT hub in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
Sharepoint is our main platform for intranet and lots of IT applications are running on Sharepoint. There is still an increasing amount of business requests from our business for additional functionality.
When you are passionate about Sharepoint and Workflow solutions, you want to work in an international environment, but still prefer to operate in a small team, the new Eindhoven team would be a great next step for you.

You will work together with 3 peers in Austria on the global Sharepoint environment.
Your responsibilities are:
- Analyses, design, conception and implementation of IT-applications in Sharepoint;
- Design and implementation of enterprise workflows, based on Nintex workflow automation software;
- Maintenance and support of existing Sharepoint services and applications.
An idea of the topics you will work on are continuous improvment of the intranet, sharing all kind of documents, project management applications, implementation of all kind of workflow solutions (e.g. approval flows for bills). Finally, the Sharepoint enviroment will be migrated to a cloud solution.
To be a qualified candidate you have a bachelor or university degree in software engineering.
You have a least 2 years of professional experience in a object-oriented software programming environment, preferably in a Sharepoint environment.
Other qualifications are:
- Basic experience with process-modelling. Knowledge of Nintex, K2 or Ecspand skills would be an advantage;
- Able to work independently, self-organizing and open for new areas to learn and engage;
- Strong English language skills, both verbal and in writing. German language skills is a pre.
